Strict per-user isolation (including from admins). Token→tenant resolution server-side. Guests manage their own API tokens (GitHub PAT model). Layers / KB / agent memory — never “project” as the organizing unit.
2. Wire agents
Custom agents call Thaladex memory layers. Production embeddings can route to UAPI when that wing opens.
3. UAPI — coming soon
UAPI is the public embedding product. Not live yet — preview only, no keys or billing UI.
4. Govern in Explorer
Rules and runbooks stay in Explorer. Thaladex holds durable context; Explorer holds catalog truth.
