Strict per-user isolation (including from admins). Token→tenant resolution server-side. Guests manage their own API tokens (GitHub PAT model). Layers / KB / agent memory — never “project” as the organizing unit.

Custom agents call Thaladex memory layers. Production embeddings can route to UAPI when that wing opens.
3. Diffuser vs UAPI
Diffuser routes inference lanes across the ecosystem. UAPI is the public embedding product — keep the names separate.
